• To enable CRM functionality including lead tracking, status updates, and WhatsApp Web logs.

Sensitive HRMS fields such as identification numbers and bank accounts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. Form requests are secured using CSRF tokens, and application traffic is secured using industry-standard protocols.
