Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing KEYTRON. We strive to provide the best CRM & HRMS solutions for your enterprise. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

We charge for services on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis. All subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your service level agreement.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your Billing Settings panel. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access will be suspended.

3. Refunds

Since we offer a free trial/demo version of KEYTRON, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error, please submit a support ticket within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your claim on a case-by-case basis.
