You agree to use our platform only for lawful business operations. You must not use the platform for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activities. Any attempt to bypass security measures or access data belonging to other organizations will result in immediate termination of service.

We strive to ensure maximum availability of KEYTRON. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical emergencies. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEYTRON and Ponia Food And Beverage Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
